Parsley Hay to Hurdlow - distance 2 miles.
Commencing at Parsley Hay and heading NW towards Hurdlow, the track is relatively flat with just a few slight inclines, none of which is severe. This section of the track was re-surfaced during the autumn of 2003 and consists of a smooth surface of crushed, compacted limestone.
Great care needs to be taken on the approach to the car park at Hurdlow as the track crosses a road to the overspill car park.
This section of track has an abundance of wild flowers, butterflies and insects, particularly during the summer months and has excellent views of the surrounding countryside.
